Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a full refund, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Defective Products

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us with clear photos showing the issue. In most cases, you will not be required to return the defective item. We will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us and provide clear photos of the product received. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once the return is in transit or the tracking information is confirmed, we will ship the correct replacement as quickly as possible.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may return the item within 30 days, provided it is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Return Process

  • Provide the return tracking number once the package has been shipped.

For approved returns resulting from our error (such as defective or incorrect items), all return shipping costs will be fully reimbursed.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected (typically within 72 hours), you will receive an email confirming the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
