At Ecospend, your satisfaction is our top priority. We’re committed to making your return or refund process simple and stress-free. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth experience:


Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it. To qualify for a full refund, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. We never charge restocking fees.


Defective Products

If your item arrives defective, simply send us clear photos of the issue. You won’t need to return the defective product — we’ll send you a replacement right away, free of charge.


Incorrect or Wrong Product Received

If you receive the wrong product, please notify us and include clear photos. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Once you share the tracking information, we’ll ship out the correct item promptly.


Change of Mind

Changed your mind? No problem — we accept returns for unused items in their original condition and packaging.


Order Cancellation

Need to cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.


How to Return

To ensure a smooth return process:

  • Use a traceable and insured shipping method.
  • Return shipping and handling fees for approved returns will be fully reimbursed.
  • Provide a valid tracking number to help us process your return quickly.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of arrival), you’ll receive an email confirmation. Refunds are issued within 7 days, but please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card provider to process the credit.
